Shipping & Return Policy

We have a 3-day return policy, if after receiving your item and it is damaged you are able to request a refund or exchange within the first 3 days! To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We want you to be completely satisfied with our products! If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item from your order, please contact us immediately so that we can get this taken care of as soon as possible.

 

 

  • STEP 1: please email us with a picture of your damaged product within the first three days of receiving it this will allow us to determine if you are religionless to receive a return or exchange. Once we have determined you are eligible or ineligible to receive a refund we will email you a confirmation for you to send your items back.
  • Package your items and your Shipping Confirmation email.
  • Place your items in a box — the one your order came in can easily be reused — along with any necessary packing materials.
  • Print and enclose the top half of your Shipping Confirmation email to use as your return receipt.
  • If you are unable to include your Shipping Confirmation email because you lost the email or don’t have access to a printer, be sure to include your order number, billing name, and address on a piece of paper with your return. If your return is sent back without this information,we will not be able to process your refund or exchange!

 

STEP 2: Take your package to the carrier of your choice.

  • Be sure that your return is properly insured and trackable so you’ll be able to ensure your package arrives as expected.
  • You will be responsible for the shipping cost of your return.
  • Keep the tracking information until your return has been processed!

 

STEP 3: We will send you an email of where to mail your return package.

Once we receive your items, we’ll send you a Return Order Confirmation email with all the details.

 

STEP 4: Please allow up to 21 business days for us to receive your return and process your credit.

 

How Will I Be Refunded?

Ninety days or less from the order date, all returns will be credited to the original form of payment; Refund amounts will not include shipping and handling charges. All applicable promotions, discounts, offers, free items (as part of a qualifying purchase) and coupons granted at the time of purchase will be not be included or applied to the refund amount. Once the return is processed, we will send an email confirmation of your credit. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

We want to make sure your items are perfect! As I make them handmade, we ask that you allow all products to be given a processing/shipping time of 7-10 days! 
 

We offer free Shipping on US orders over $100! We also offer local delivery for the Surrounding Atlanta area for an added fee! We ship all products via UPS!
